Why do I need to create an account?

For payment security purposes we required users to create an account. It easy to login with Facebook, Apple or creating your Horago account. It also allows us to customize the app experience for you.

What payment methods do you offer?

We are currently offering card payments with MasterCard and Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay.

How do I share my receipt?

When you make an order you will receive on order confirmation by email with a receipt. You also have the option of going to My Orders in the app and share it from there.

Do I pay fees to use Horago?

No. Horago is free for the app user to use. Please note, some restaurant might apply a service fee, but Horago

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the establishment you made an order to as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days, but please allow for 7 business days.

How do I export my reports?

If you already have access to the Horago Backoffice, you simply go to the Dashboard and select the metric you want to export a report from.

Can I invite users to my Backoffice?

Yes. When logged in to the Horago Backoffice, you can click: My Place -> Staff -> Create new item. Here you simply apply a role to the user and enter the required information.

How do I change my menu?

You simply log in to the Horago Backoffice and go to: Menu Editor. Here you can control your entire menu in an easy-to-use drag-and-drop editor.

How to let customers know you are business?

There is no where to reach customers like your social media profiles. They are already following your business. Make a cool announcement, and you are rocking. You can also contact us, and together we will make a campaign to spread the word across platforms - including Horago.

How do I setup automatic printing?

All printer setup is controlled from the Horago Backoffice. Simply login, go to: Options -> Printer Action Mapping.

Can I connect to my POS system?

We integrate with many of the leading POS systems on the market. Get in touch with us, and we will check if we already have an integration or if we can make one.

What countries do you operate in?

Horago is currently available in all EU and SEPA contries, and the UK.

How do I get started with Horago?

The process is very simple. Simply get in touch, and we will setup your account. You can get started with Horago within 48 hours. Our kind team will help you through the whole process from start to launch.

Can I get a free trial period?

We are always happy to offer a free trial. You should also know that we don't have any binding contract. If you are not happy, we are not happy. Therefor, you are free to cancel your agreement with Horago at any time.

What languages are Horago available in?

Our whole backoffice runs in English. The Horago app is available in Danish, English and Norwegian. The restaurant menus in the Horago app can be in any language you like.

Can I get takeaway module on my website?

We do not offer this option at the moment. We are keen to build the greates platform for everyone, and therefor we keep all activities on the Horago platform.

How does your pricing work?

You will pay a flat subscription fee every month. The varies depending on the size of your establishment. Please contact us to get a tailored offer.
